“Wellbeing can be understood as how people feel and how they function, both on a personal and a social level, and how they evaluate their lives as a whole.”

I hold a very strong belief in the importance of wellbeing and suggest that if you feel strong in yourself it will reflect in your response to the stresses of life. I will work with you on any aspects of improving your overall wellbeing and can guide you on your holistic path or help you find a more conventional approach.

Coaching can be an opportunity to talk to someone outside of your immediate life. It provides a platform to focus on any areas of your life that you would like to change or improve. Combining coaching with NLP I can offer you skills and insights that you can use to improve how you communicate with others, manage your moods and live a more rewarding life.

Healing and Energy Work

Healing can be defined as regaining balance of mind, physical body and emotions. Healing is a natural energy therapy that compliments conventional medicine by treating the whole person ­ mind, body and spirit.

Mind and body Dialogue

There is an intimate and dynamic relationship between what is going on in your life, with your feelings and thoughts and what happens in your body. I will work with you to help you understand your own mind body dialogue your body speaks your mind!
